According to an old saw, the culture has to prosper for the country to prosper.

I believe that music has to prosper for the culture to prosper.

In the history of 56 years of the Korean Guitar Association, this is the biggest festival organized ever.

I hope that the 2nd Korea International Guitar Festival contributes to the development of the Korean culture and that all the music lovers gathered for this event, are able to communicate and share, to create a happy and enjoyable festival. May this festival become the world's best music festival.

I want to express honor to all colleagues and teachers, who put a lot of efforts for this festival. To everybody who made this festival possible, to all helpers and all guests, a big thank you.
